THANK YOU'S
Thank you to the following people who hosted Cottage Meetings in September; Virginia Hulsebus, Chuck & Fay Smith, Art & Adeline Maxwell, Earl & JoAnn Boltinghouse, Richard & Julienne Ferry, Bob & Julie Klein, and Rand & Mary Louise Petersen. The use of your homes and your hospitality were greatly appreciated.
Thank you to all my church friends for your prayers and support while I was hospitalized. - Irma Martin
Thank you to the many volunteers who signed up and delivered Meals on Wheels during September. What a great service you provided to the community!
FINANCES
Remember, all we have and all we are is a gift to us from God. Everything belongs to God. How do we show our thanks to God for all his gracious gifts?
"Help us, O God, to be faithful in our worship and in our giving and in our serving of the God who gave us everything and promises to give us eternity with Him as well!"
As we plan our 2006 budget and approach the Fall Stewardship campaign, we must all search our hearts for the true meaning of First Church in our lives. We are counting on your support!
